As each item is handmade delays can occur but we try to stay within the timeframe stated
Rejection of delivery, incorrect address details or
a missed collection at your local post office may
result in the return of the shipment to us, this
would not grant eligibility of a refund or
cancellation of your order.
We are happy to send products that have been
returned to us again, the new postage charges
will have to be covered by the buyer

WHAT IS BIOTHANE?

BioThane® is the brand name of the highest
quality polyester webbing with a PVC coating
that is currently available on the market. It's
durable, waterproof, easy to clean and remains
always odour-free. We only use the orginal
BioThane® brand material for this product,
because it is of higher quality, softer and more
durable than other cheaper competing
waterproof materials on the market.

Our handmade Biothane dog collars come in a
range of colours and sizes, with a choice of
hardware options.
Biothane is a great waterproof material. It it
super easy to clean, it doesn't get smelly, its
really strong and the colour stays beautiful, it's
also vegan, and is a great alternative to leather.
These collars are perfect for dogs who love to
swim or roll in mud or splash in puddles, and
perfect for owners who want an easy life, with a
simple wipe down they are as good as new
